Class DescriptionsPilates on the Ball - Develop enhanced core strength and gain better balance using a large stability ball or mini ball with your pilates mat exercises. Strong beginner to advanced students. Pilates Sculpt - The 4 lb, 2 ft long body bar as well as ankle weights, dumbbells and resistance bands are used in this class to challenge strength and stamina. This invigorating class will also tone, define and streamline the body without bulk! Intermediate to advanced students. Pilates Mat with the Circle - Use the pilates circle with the mat exercises and get resistance for added strength or assistance in your stretch. Confident beginner to advanced students will enjoy this class. Pilates w/Props - A pilates class of traditional and progressive pilates exercises utilizing different props to enhance the work. This is a movement packed class for all levels from strong beginner to advanced students. Mixed Level Pilates - This class is geared to those in attendance. Repertoire will vary but inevitably challenge the Beginner and strengthen Intermediate students looking for a good basic class. This class is a good balance for all students. Beginning Mat Series -A 6 Week series for the student just starting pilates. Start alleviating back pain, strengthen your core and get a great foundation for all of our other classes. This series is a prepaid series involving the same students for 6 classes. |
Tower ClassesTower units utilize spring resistance to stretch and tone the body and these classes are a great way to get a full body equipment based workout. The work requires a higher degree of control and students must be familiar with the tower exercises or have the consent of the instructor. A class consists of 3-5 students and can be arranged by appointment. Classes are $20 per person. |

Physical Fusion
|

A focused, toning class fused with pilates, Lotte Berk techniques, core strength training and weight bearing exercises. This class is the perfect complement to our pilates mat classes. A transformational class that delivers consistent results - better posture, higher/tighter backside, streamlined thighs, toned arms, core strength and flexible, youthful body. Pilates experience is helpful but not necessary for attending this class |
