 Our Services

This session involves you and the instructor.  The hour long session will integrate  movement on the mat, reformer, chair, barrels, Cadillac and small accessory equipment. 

These sessions are the recommended way to begin pilates. After 10 sessions, clients progress to duo/trio sessions and group classes with ease. However, some clients prefer to continue individually since they prefer the focused attention and customized program.

Theses sessions involve you, a partner or a group of individuals and the instructor.  The hour long session will integrate  movement on the mat, reformer, chair, barrels, Cadillac and small accessory equipment.

Duo sessions are a great way to deepen your focus as you execute pilates exercises alongside a partner. Sessions involve students of the same ability level.

Although individual sessions are recommended as the ideal way to begin a pilates practice, we understand those who prefer to start with a friend.

Duo / Group Sessions

Small group, pilates  mat classes vary by level of experience. Classes may use small accessory equipment such as the stability ball, weighted body bar, theraband, circle, spine corrector/step barrel, foam roller etc.

Pilates Mat Classes

Using a special wall unit with spring resistance,  this class is a full body workout.  Increase muscle tone, strength, balance and flexibility. Classes range in size from 3-5 persons and previous pilates experience or instructor approval is required. Classes are prepaid and reserved in advance.

Tower Classes

Clients have access to the Cardio Wave before or after pilates sessions.  Arrangements may also be made to use the Cardio Wave at other open times.

Cardio

Toning class utilizing pilates, core strength training, Lotte Berk techniques, weight bearing exercises and stretches to improve flexibility. Pilates experience is helpful but not necessary for attending this class.

There's a collective sigh that occurs in class when everyone 
is working at their full potential - body, mind and spirit. 
That sigh is the release of complete satisfaction of quality work.

Pilates West Bay’s mission is to inspire a body transformation and transcend the aging process by revealing a fit body and positive outlook.

We offer a variety of options to suit the needs and lifestyles of our clients such as group mat classes, Tower classes and equipment training on all the pilates apparatus.

Though you may purchase single classes and training sessions, a monthly class membership and/or training package is highly recommended to make a body transformation. Investing in your body each week will prove worth the effort in the future years.
