GYROKINESIS $15

A flowing sequence of movement utilizing a small stool and mat for floor work. Mobilize the joints and spine through arching, curling, side bending and spiraling. Participants find more ease and flexibility in their daily life as a result of this practice.

Pilates Stretch, Flex and Tone   $15

Pilates mat exercises infused with moves to encourage deeper stretch and balance challenge. An invigorating class to awaken the body through a unique repertoire set to music. All pilates levels welcome. 

Pilates w/Props  $15

Pilates mat exercises spiced up with small props such as light dumbbells, foam roller, magic circle, therabands, balls, etc. to promote deeper awareness, concentration, stability and control

PhysicalFusion Barre $15   

Create long, lean, toned muscles in this class that sculpts and tones chest, thighs, arms, buttocks and abs by utilizing light weights for muscle endurance, a ballet barre, a soft ball  and upbeat music for inspiration. This is a low impact class appropriate for most levels of fitness. Students work at their own physical level and progress with consistent attendance. SOCKS REQUIRED

PhysicalFusion Cardio Barre ™   $15

This is a high impact class to increase the heart rate and increase stamina and strength. Format may utilize the JumpSnap ropeless jump rope and other methods to sustain an increased heart rate for periods of time.

NOTE:

open to those 16 years of age and up

please consult with an instructor prior to class if you have any issues that may require certain exercises to be modified for your comfort.

Sleek, Sexy and Powerful! Join us as we introduce this incredible class that burns over 500 calories per class! Piloxing uniquely mixes boxing moves with the principles of pilates for a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. It is both fun and challenging. This is our alternative to Spinning! For the December introduction, get the class free when you purchase a pair of piloxing gloves!

Tower Class   $28 per class / 5 classes for $115  / 50 minutes

Take your pilates matwork to a different environment - the pilates tower. The tower is basically a half Cadillac encompassing a wide variety of mat exercises and resistance training to challenge your core and balance in a 50 minute session. Tone and lengthen the muscles with various spring tensions and work in spiraling, circular motions for a refreshing change of pace. Reservation required. Class size from 3-5 participants who all share the same level of experience - beginner to advanced levels.

Interval training on the pilates reformer using the jumpboard for cardio combined with exercises for strength, stretch and stamina. Kick off your morning with this high intensity workout. 

Shape Shift Reformer - $30  *reservation necessary
Get full body toning in this fusion style reformer class guaranteed to hit all the muscle groups while diligently working the core throughout. Uses the reformer, light weights, magic circle and other small props to insure a total body experience to shift your shape in the right ways!

Revitalize and Renew Reformer - $30  *reservation necessary
De-stress, stretch and breath your way out of the work day with this flowing and mindful workout that allows for some “you” time. Rejuvenate yourself before heading home to family. Get a good stretch. Realign your spine and body after a day at a desk or on your feet. Focus is on righting the woeful posture of cell phone use, iPad viewing, computer use and excessive sitting.
